Everton manager David Moyes has vowed to continue trawling the lower leagues for bargains after deciding not to watch the Champions League in midweek in favour of a trip to Newport to run the rule over 18-year-old, 6ft 6in Darlington central defender James Burn.[LNB] 'We have made an offer for him.
