Everton manager David Moyes urges young British manager to take jobs abroad

The Scot admits he is concerned by big clubs' apparent reticence to hand home-grown managerial talents a chance, but feels equilibrium could be restored if the Premier League began exporting coaches to Italy, Spain or Germany.
