David Moyes is to rival West Ham in a move for Hoffenheim striker Demba Ba after being priced out of the race to sign Monaco hitman Dieumerci Mbokani. However, much will depend on 25-year-old Ba's medical report.[LNB]After his proposed move to Stoke fell through after failing a medical last week, there are concerns that the Senegal international will not be fit until April.[LNB] On the move?
