MAROUANE FELLAINI is finally speaking David Moyes's kind of language - and Everton are benefiting enormously.[LNB]The big Belgian, in a rich vein of form for a couple of months now, produced his best performance yet against Manchester City on Saturday evening.[LNB]And manager Moyes explained that an ability to communicate effectively with his teammates has been the biggest influence on Fellaini's form.[LNB]'His discipline and organisation are better,' said the Blues boss, 'but the biggest thing is that he can actually speak some English now.[LNB]'We've had him for over a year and I must say he's one of the real characters in the dressing room now which I think helps as well.[LNB]'His English has made a real big difference in the way he communicates with the other players.'[LNB]After a debut season when his ability to pick up yellow cards was the most commented upon part of his play, Fellaini is now drawing rave reviews for the quality of his midfield performances.[LNB]'Without saying 'I told you so', I said the first six months of this season were going to be the toughest for him,' added Moyes.[LNB]'The virus didn't help, but he's kicked on again and could have scored if not for a magnificent save from his header - he's a real threat.[LNB]'He's winning things back and running - looking like he can really cover the pitch. He's a really good athlete as well.[LNB]'I think the fans were thinking 'what is he?' in what was he going to be like as a player, but undoubtedly he was a really talented football player and we're beginning to see the fruits of that.'[LNB]Moyes even hinted that Fellaini could develop into an even more effective midfielder in time.[LNB]'He needs to work on his range of passing and passing overall,' he added.[LNB]'We're trying to work on his longer range of passing right now. But overall he's doing a really good job.'[LNB]After a thoroughly deserved 2-0 triumph Moyes refused to set any targets for the remainder of the campaign.[LNB]'I've not set the team any particular goals for the season - not after the start we had,' he said.
