Everton facing battle with Bayern Munich and Man City to keep Pienaar

[LNB]The skilful South Africa midfielder has been a top performer for David Moyes's side but has only 15 months left on his contract. Everton made him an offer last summer but that fell short.[LNB] Now, with Pienaar's form attracting more admirers, Everton want to tie him to a new deal quickly.
