Critical: Everton manager David Moyes[LNB]David Moyes has told his under-performing players to buck up or forget about playing for Everton.[LNB]Moyes, who has 11 players injured, was hurt by the 3-2 defeat to Bolton on Sunday which followed their 5-0 Europa League loss at Benfica.[LNB]The Everton boss said: 'They have been told that you don't play like thatand play for Everton.'
