David Moyes does not deal in sensationalism but even he could do little else than hail Louis Saha following a remarkable game against Blackpool that finished 5-3 in Everton's favour.[LNB]Moyes does not usually heap praise on his players at every opportunity.[LNB]The Everton manager is one of thetoughest taskmasters in the Barclays Premier League and, more oftenthan not, will look to highlight a certain shortcoming in theperformance of a match-winner rather than going overboard on thepositives.[LNB] Yellow peril: Everton's French striker Louis Saha[LNB]That he did was down to the fact that Saha gave a masterclass in the art of centre-forward play at Goodison Park on Saturday afternoon.[LNB]Moyes enthused: 'There were bits in his game when I looked at him and thought, "Boy, I can see why he has played alongside the likes of (Zinedine) Zidane (for France)". Some of the stuff he did was really excellent.'[LNB]It was impossible to say anything else. Saha scored four times, would have had a fifth but for a poor decision from referee Kevin Friend and terrorised the Blackpool defence until he was substituted in the 86th minute.[LNB] Big hit: Blackpool's Jason Puncheon (centre) scores their second goal[LNB]But, as Moyes spoke so enthusiastically about Saha, it was also impossible not to think about how the 32-yearold's fortunes have transformed during the past month. At the start of the transfer window, after all, Everton were debating about off-loading him after an 11-month barren run.[LNB]But Saha now has eight goals in his last five starts and looks every inch the player Manchester United paid Fulham ?12.8million for in January 2004.[LNB]'If he was fit for the whole season you'd be looking at him scoring 30 goals every year,' said Everton keeper Tim Howard, who was also Saha's team-mate for two years at Old Trafford. 'He's up to the level of anyone you can name. I wouldn't swap him for another finisher in the league.'[LNB] [LNB] Clinical: Alex Baptiste scores the equaliser for Blackpool[LNB] Everton 5 Blackpool 3: Saha shines as it rains goals at Goodison ParkMoyes 'defends his integrity' as Everton boss blasts back at WengerIs fury over failed Barca move turning Cesc into the ugly face of Arsenal?[LNB]  Explore more:People: David Moyes, Louis Saha Places: France
