Everton loanee Landon Donovan is set to play his last game for the Toffees this weekend, before heading home to rejoin MLS outfit LA Galaxy.
The 27-year-old USA international forward has impressed since heading to England, scoring twice in 12 appearances for David Moyes' side, who have lost just four times when Donovan has featured.
He told the club's official website: "When I think of everything at Everton I want to think of the trip as a whole and think that I have been successful.
"It has been fantastic and I could never have expected when I got here that it would turn out like this.
"The fans want you to play as hard as you can when you are out there. That is what I like to give when I am out there and they want to see the team win."
Donovan marked his final appearance at Goodison with a goal in the 5-1 thrashing of Hull City, while his last outing for the club will come this weekend at Birmingham City.
