Coleman stays on with Seasiders

Everton defender Seamus Coleman has been allowed to extend his loan deal at Blackpool until the end of the current campaign.[LNB] The 21-year-old right-back has impressed manager Ian Holloway since arriving on loan at Bloomfield Road last month and is pleased to have prolonged his stay, although Everton have inserted a 24-hour recall into the deal.[LNB]Coleman told Blackpool's official website: "I was delighted when the gaffer told me Everton had said I was OK to stay until the end of the season.[LNB]"It gives me the chance to play some more games and we have something to play for so it should be good hopefully.[LNB]"Obviously if Everton wanted me back I would have gone back but I am happy to stay with Blackpool and we have something to play for which is great for me and the rest of the lads."[LNB]
