Canaries swoop for Toffees stopper

orwich have strengthened their goalkeeping department by signing Everton goalkeeper John Ruddy on a three-year deal for an undisclosed fee.[LNB] The 23-year-old, who spent time on loan at Motherwell last season, joined Everton in the summer 2005 before eventually making his debut for the Toffees against Blackburn in February 2006.[LNB]Ruddy also enjoyed loan spells at Walsall, Rushden, Chester, Stockport, Wrexham, Bristol City and Crewe during his time at Goodison Park.[LNB]Meanwhile, City's trip to Reading on Saturday November 13 has been moved to a 5.20pm kick-off after being chosen by Sky Sports for live broadcast.
