Caldwell out again
Burnley captain Steven Caldwell will miss the visit of Everton to Turf Moor as he continues his recovery from a groin problem.
The defender was injured on international duty with Scotland and has missed the opening two Barclays Premier League matches.
Andre Bikey is expected to retain his place in the team after impressing in the midweek victory over Manchester United just 24 hours after signing from Reading.
But defender Michael Duff is still struggling with an ankle injury which has kept him out of the first two matches.
