Cahill faces Toffees fight

Everton manager David Moyes has warned midfielder Tim Cahill that he is no longer guaranteed a starting spot with the Toffees.
The Australia ace had to settle for a place on the bench in the midweek clash with Blackburn Rovers, but made the most of his time on the pitch in grabbing an equaliser for the Toffees six minutes from time.
Moyes commented: "Tim Cahill has everything you want in an attacking midfielder at the very top, but there are things that can be improved.
"He was left on the bench at Blackburn and it certainly fired him up.
"But the reason is that there is a World Cup hangover with lots of players, and we have enough players to rotate our squad.
"Nobody has a right to be in the starting line-up and he certainly showed he could score and play well when he came on at Blackburn.
"As with every club, if you work hard, train hard and produce the performances you will be rewarded.
"But we have three games in a week with some lads still with a World Cup hangover and lack of sharpness, that is why we need to rotate."
