Cahill close to return

Australia international Tim Cahill may be fit enough to feature in his first Everton game in eight months when David Moyes' side play Larissa in the UEFA Cup on Thursday.
The 27-year-old midfielder has not featured for the Toffees since the 1-1 draw at Sheffield United in March although he did play for his country in the Asia Cup in July.
However, he aggravated his metatarsal injury in the pre-season friendly against Werder Bremen at the end of July and his recovery over the last three months has been slow.
Meanwhile, veteran central defender Alan Stubbs is looking forward to the game against Larissa following the controversial derby defeat to Liverpool at the weekend.
"We've got to forget about the derby," he said.
"We've got a big game on Thursday and, if we play the way we did from 15 minutes onwards to just after half-time, then I think we'll be fine.
"Our performance was much better against Liverpool. The result was obviously very disappointing but coming away from the derby with a draw would have set us up nicely for the game against Larissa.
"We just have to dust ourselves down now and we've got a great game to lift ourselves up in."
