Everton midfielder Tim Cahill has shrugged off concerns that his place in the side is coming under threat from Jack Rodwell.[LNB] Youngster Rodwell is regarded as one of the hottest prospects in the English game and fans at Goodison Park have been calling for him to feature more regularly in the first team.[LNB]The 19-year-old England Under-21 international burst onto the scene in 2008 and last season made 26 Premier League appearances for the club.[LNB]Cahill, meanwhile, has been a Toffees stalwart in recent years after moving to the club from Millwall back in 2004.[LNB]However, the Australian's place seems the most under threat after the emergence of Rodwell, with David Moyes warning: "I see Jack, in a way, pushing Tim Cahill at the moment."[LNB]But the 30-year-old seems unconcerned with the suggestion he could lose his place in the side.[LNB]He told the Liverpool Echo: "I have been with the manager a long time.[LNB]"Whether it is tongue in cheek or whether it is true, I am not bothered because I am a professional and I have been around the block a few times.[LNB]"It is just something that comes with the territory."
