ROYAL BLUE: Bill Kenwright shows true family spirit at Everton[LNB]BILL KENWRIGHT doesn't just speak of the 'Everton family' - he practises what he preaches.[LNB]And here's how.[LNB]A thrilled Blues fan contacted the ECHO this week to say a public thank you to the Everton chairman for his response to a request to help a poorly Evertonian.[LNB]Richard Hughes wrote to Kenwright on behalf of his brother Stephen, who was diagnosed with cancer in November 2008 and is now considered too poorly to undergo any further chemotherapy.[LNB]'Stephen's a massive Evertonian so I wrote a letter to Mr Kenwright, telling him how poorly my brother was and what a big Blue he was,' explained Richard.[LNB]'I just enquired whether he could help in any way.[LNB]'I wasn't after anything out of the ordinary, just a signed photo or something to lift his spirits.
