Bilic snubs Scotland job but ex-Everton and West Ham star is open to offers

Slaven Bilic turned down the chance to replace sacked Scotland boss George Burley, says the Croatia manager's agent.
The 41-year-old has stayed on with his country despite missing out on a place at next summer's World Cup finals.
However, the former Everton and West Ham United defender is open to offers and would have considered the Portsmouth job, revealed his agent Rudi Vata.
'I recently had a request about the Scotland national team and Bilicwas not interested in that at the moment,' Vata told Portsmouth paper The News.
Vata said clubs in Germany and England were interested in the former centre back.
'He was heavily involved with the Croatian national team in the summer and couldn't make any move,' said the agent.
'Now he is in a position where he can sit down and study all of the offers available.
'TheEnglish Premier League is one of the top leagues in Europe. It alldepends on the offer if one came in. He wants to make the rightdecision and he wants to make the right move.'
Bilic has been linked with a return to West Ham should Gianfranco Zola lose his job at Upton Park.
Thedefender spent a successful 18-month spell in east London before movingto Everton in a £4.5million move in the summer of 1997.
