Baines desperate for run
Leighton Baines is anxious for Everton to go on a winning run.
Despite a fine draw against Chelsea, David Moyes' side are only two points clear of the relegation zone as they prepare to face Wigan on Saturday.
Full-back Baines told the Liverpool Echo: "No more excuses or reasoning with it, it is time to start producing.
"I am pleased enough with my form but it is about what the team is doing. Each and every one of us is desperate to put a run together.
"The boss is probably a bit frustrated. He knows he has got a good group of players here and we are trying to put things right. Hopefully we can now do that sooner rather than later."
