Mikel Arteta believes Everton's success is down to a combination of team spirit and top-class quality.[LNB] The Toffees have always been known as a family club and on the pitch the players adopt a similar ethos.[LNB]Arteta believes the team's harmony has been demonstrated by loan signing Jo's warm welcoming to Goodison Park.[LNB]Jo struggled to impress at City, but netted twice on his Everton debut after being welcomed in David Moyes' side with open arms.[LNB]The Spanish wizard, who is targeting winning the FA Cup this term, thinks their team spirit enhances the abundance of quality at the club.[LNB]Warm welcome"When a new player comes in, then he is made to feel part of the whole thing," explained Arteta.[LNB]"That's what happened with Jo. The lads made a fuss of him and made him realise what he was part of, and he responded.[LNB]"You can't get by on spirit alone, and we don't because there is great talent too.[LNB]"We are in the last eight of the cup and we feel we can go further. We really want to win it."[LNB]
