Arteta On The Mend
Everton midfielder Mikel Arteta is making a good recovery from an operation last month to repair ruptured cruciate knee ligaments.[LNB]The Spaniard is out for the season and currently back home in San Sebastian with his parents.[LNB]Everton physio Mick Rathbone has flown out to see him and reports steady progress is being made.[LNB]Manager David Moyes said: "The initial stage of his recovery is going well. I have also spoken to Mikel and he seems to be in a quite positive frame of mind."[LNB]Arteta will return to Everton's Finch Farm training complex before the end of the season for further assessment.[LNB]
