Shaun Wright-Phillips and Ashley Cole both returned to England training on Wednesday.
Wright-Phillips and Cole both sat out Tuesday's session with the Manchester City winger troubled by a minor knee problem and the Chelsea left-back rested following Tuesday's warm-up victory over Platinum Stars.
Both took a full part in training ahead of Saturday's Group C opener against the United States in Rustenburg.
The only players to miss the session were James Milner and Ledley King.
Aston Villa midfielder Milner is still running a temperature and was restricted to a light session in the gym.
Meanwhile, Spurs defender King continued his own personal training regime designed to manage the chronic knee problems which hamper his ability to prepare for games.
Goalkeeper David James took part in the team session despite reports of a minor knee ailment.
