Wembley to Wembley... The ultimate football fans dream

25 April 2014 09:39

VISITING 92 football clubs inside 92 hours is a challenge and a half, especially when you are driving 2,600 miles around the country, but that is what I achieved last October with three friends between England's World Cup Qualifiers against Montenegro and Poland raising money for Help for Heroes.

It was one of the best things I have ever done in my life and I fully recommend to anyone who is interested in this crazy challenge to take the opportunity when you can. It's the spiritual football fans trip to do the 92.

We were fortunate to be joined by former professionals in the shape of former Spurs Legend Micky Hazard, former QPR man Wayne Fereday and Aston Villa striker Grant Holt along with the legendary Ray Stubbs as we visited all 92 clubs inside 90 hours and 57 minutes reaching Wembley in time for the Poland game and England qualifying for the World Cup....... the Ultimate Football Fans Fantasy........
