Derby defender Miles Addison has been called up to the England Under-21 squad for the first time.[LNB]The academy product is in Stuart Pearce's 23-man squad for the European Championship qualifiers away to Macedonia and Greece on September 4 and 8 respectively.[LNB]"We saw Miles at the back end of last year, playing primarily as a holding midfielder. Nigel (Clough) has used him as a centre-half this year and he's done very well, scoring a couple of goals," said Pearce.[LNB]"He's had a good start to the season and that coupled with how well he did last season, we thought it was worthwhile bringing him into the squad. He's a big lad and is a player who is improving all the time."
