Jack Rodwell, the England U21 international, has signed a five-year contract to stay with Everton. Jack Rodwell, the England U21 international, has signed a five-year contract to stay with Everton. The midfielder, 19, had been linked with both Manchester United and Chelsea but has now committed his immediate future to the Toffees. He made 36 appearances for Everton in all competitions this season. "I'm very pleased that Jack Rodwell has signed an improved contract because it re-affirms Everton's ambition to challenge the top clubs," said David Moyes. "I want to keep all the players we have here to make us stronger in the coming season."
