Micah Richards, the Manchester City defender, should be able to play against Blackburn on Saturday despite a chest infection forcing him out of England U21 duty. Richards, 22, was in Stuart Pearce's squad to face Portugal and Lithuania but had to withdraw due to the problem. "I really felt under the weather but I do feel a lot better now. I was coughing and being sick," he told City's official website. "I trained yesterday and felt better. Hopefully, I'll be okay for the weekend. I can't wait to get back on a pitch."
