Capello helped England secure qualification to Euro 2012 on Friday following a 2-2 draw against Montenegro.
It is reported that the 65-year-old is currently considering the offer from Anzhi and is currently out of the country.
Capello has always insisted that the England job will be his last, however Anzhi are likely to make a head-turning offer for him to take over.
