Frank Lampard became the eighth player to reach 100 England caps after he was named in manager Roy Hodgson's starting XI for Tuesday's World Cup qualifier against Ukraine in Kiev.
The Chelsea midfielder, 35, follows in the footsteps of Peter Shilton, David Beckham, Bobby Moore, Bobby Charlton and Billy Wright, as well as current team-mates Steven Gerrard and Ashley Cole.
He made his debut in a 2-1 friendly win over Belgium in October 1999 and has since scored 29 goals for his country.
England will go three points clear of Montenegro at the top of European qualifying Group H if they win at Kiev's Olympic Stadium, but victory for the home side will see Ukraine move to the top of the group.
Only the side finishing top will be guaranteed to qualify automatically for next year's World Cup in Brazil.
