Krul keeps Young Lions at bay
Tim Krul put in another impressive display on Tuesday night to help Holland's Under-21 side to a goalless draw against England in Groningen.
Fresh from his sterling second-half show against West Brom on Saturday, the Newcastle goalkeeper continued his fine form to keep a clean sheet against Stuart Pearce's outfit.
James Vaughan started up front for England while Krul`s Magpies team-mate Andy Carroll was handed his Under-21 debut as a 71st-minute substitute, subsequently twice being denied by Krul.
The 21-year-old was also on hand to make a smart stop from captain and Manchester City defender Micah Richards.
