What they need:
England
A victory against Slovenia would see England through to the last 16. Whether they finish as group winners or runners-up would depend on the result in the United States-Algeria encounter. If the United States win by an equal or greater margin as England they will top the group, but if both teams win and England do so by a greater margin they will finish first. If the US fail to win, England are guaranteed the no 1 spot.
An England draw will only see them through if the US and Algeria draw and England achieved a high-scoring draw against Slovenia. In the event that England draw 2-2 and the US draw 0-0, both teams will be level on everything and FIFA will draw lots to determine which side moves through as runners-up.
Slovenia
A draw against England will be enough to send Slovenia through. They would win the group unless the United States beat Algeria and overtake the Slovenian goal difference. If Slovenia lose they could still progress if the US-Algeria game finishes in a draw.

United States
A victory would guarantee the US a spot in the last 16. Whether they finished group winners or runners-up would then come down to goal difference, or goals scored. A draw will be enough if Slovenia beat England, or if that game ends in a draw and England fail to topple the number of goals scored by the US. Currently the US have three to England's one. So if both teams drew with the same scoreline, the US would go through at England's expense. But if the US draw 0-0 and England 3-3, England go through.
Algeria
Algeria must beat the US and hope England-Slovenia ends in a draw or a win for Slovenia. A draw or defeat would see them knocked out.
