FA refuse to react to Hoddle's offer

Glenn Hoddle has made it clear he wants the England job, even if its only on a temporary basis, but the FA aren't listening to his pleas.

The former England boss got all emotional in his latest comments, claiming "If I were to die tomorrow, my life would be incomplete."

But the FA don't appear to be falling for his emotional tear-jerker and stand by their decision to take their time over the appointment.

"I am currently abroad but I am up to speed about what is being said, however the FA have been consistent and we refuse to be drawn on the selection of Fabio Capello's successor," said Adrian Bevington.
