Even King takes part in training

Defender Ledley King was able to take a full part in England's training session on Saturday, suggesting he is available for Sunday's World Cup second round game against Germany. King started the tournament as a first-choice centre-back alongside John Terry, but suffered a groin injury in the opening game against the United States. Jamie Carragher came in against Algeria, while his suspension meant Matty Upson deputised against Slovenia. Fabio Capello, the England coach, must decide whether to stick with Upson - who impressed in the 1-0 win over Slovenia - or revert to King or Carragher. Wayne Rooney and Aaron Lennon also took a full part in training on Saturday to show they had fully recovered from minor knocks. The Three Lions will fly to Bloemfontein on Saturday afternoon ahead of Sunday's game.
