England U21's should of took their best players to the Euro Championships

England U21's bowed out of another competition early, going out of the group stages in the Euro U21 Championship, with a record of one win & two defeats.

Yet many of the stars who could of went weren't picked because they are part of the full England squad or needing "resting" or Premier League managers fearing a "burnout" at the end of the year.

What really bugs a lot of fans is when the U21 tournaments come around it's almost a 'B' squad that goes, this isn't good enough, take a look at the Germans & the Spanish taking their best players for the tournament experience & it's no surprise these two nations are most successful in recent times winning European & World Cup's.

It's not Gareth Southgate's fault, he is told by Roy Hodgson who isn't allowed to be picked & also the FA take requests from clubs not wanting their players not to go. We should be taking all players who eligible, first of all for more tournament experience, secondly there is a huge potential on winning the tournament, bringing confidence.

Take a look at these two line-ups, the first is the defeat against Italy & the other is our strongest line-up possible:

Italy: Butland, Jenkinson, Stones, Gibson, Garbutt, Chalobah, Forster-Caskey, Redmond, Lingard, Ings, Kane.

Strongest: Butland, Chambers, Stones, Jones, Shaw, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Barkley, Wilshere, Sterling, Ings, Kane.

I'm convinced the strongest side would of won this tournament, what are your thoughts, do you agree we should be taking our best players?
