England train ahead of crucial world cup qualifier against Poland - Video

Roy Hodgson's England squad trained on Monday ahead of their crucial Group H World Cup qualifier against Poland, taking place at Wembley Stadium on Tuesday evening.

The squad are taken through their paces by Hodgson and the coaching team with a series of light warm ups and a small sided game, with Daniel Sturridge and Frank Lampard looking sharp. Whilst Dave Watson works with England goalkeepers Hart, Forster and Ruddy on some handling practice.

The England team will take on Poland at Wembley as they look to top Group H and secure an automatic qualification place for next years Brazilian World Cup.
