England forced to train indoors

England were forced to train indoors on Monday after torrential storms swept through Miami.

The England squad encountered hot and sweaty conditions when they landed in Florida on Sunday night.

And on Monday storms hit the area, forcing Roy Hodgson to move his first session indoors at their Barry University training base.

Similarly stormy conditions are forecast for the rest of the week.

England's first training camp in Portugal two weeks ago was also hit by high winds and heavy rain.

The Three Lions will play Ecuador in the Sun Life Stadium on Wednesday before taking on Honduras in the same arena three days later.

The 23-man squad will then fly to Brazil, where they will kick-off their World Cup campaign in the humid Amazonian city of Manaus.
