England calls for Rose and Stearman
Tottenham midfielder Danny Rose and Wolves defender Richard Stearman have been called into the England Under-21 squad for the European Championship which takes place later this month.[LNB] The pair were called up by coach Stuart Pearce following injuries to skipper Steven Taylor and Manchester United forward Danny Welbeck.[LNB] Pearce's youngsters face Azerbaijan in a friendly next Monday before flying out to Sweden for the tournament.
