England call for Bolton's Davies

Kevin Davies, the Bolton Wanderers forward, has been named in a senior England squad for the first time.   Davies, who was capped three times at international level, was a sirprise inclusion in the squad to take on Montenegro at Wembley next Tuesday. Rio Ferdinand returns after recovering from a knee injury, while Robert Green is also recalled after being left out of the last two squads. Jack Wilshire, the Arsenal youngster, is included in a senior squad for a second time but there is no place for Manchester City's James Milner.
