England striker Jermain Defoe earned Fabio Capello's men a 2-2 draw against Holland after an error-strewn first half saw them two goals behind at the break. [LNB] Rio Ferdinand's backpass allowed Dirk Kuyt to open the scoring in the friendly, then Rafael van der Vaart took advantage of a loose pass from Gareth Barry to double the Dutch lead at the Amsterdam ArenA. [LNB] Defoe came off the bench and scored twice, highlighting the effect of Capello's half-time team talks that skipper John Terry spoke about on the eve of the clash.
