Clean bill of health for England

Roy Hodgson looks set to have a full squad to choose from for the game against Germany after all 25 players took part in training on Monday morning.

Captain Steven Gerrard sat out last week's 2-0 defeat to Chile with a hip problem but he trained with the rest of his team-mates at their base in London Colney.

Striker Daniel Sturridge has been carrying a thigh problem but he also trained, as did Rickie Lambert and Kyle Walker, who both missed the Chile game with muscle complaints.

Jack Wilshere was also present despite suffering a dead calf at Wembley last Friday.

Joe Hart, who has been on the bench for the last four Manchester City games, looked keen to impress, taking to the field 30 minutes early along with fellow goalkeepers Fraser Forster and John Ruddy.

England broke with tradition and kept the doors open for the whole of their training session, rather than just for the opening 15 minutes.
