Gary Cahill has been added to the England squad after Phil Jagielka suffered a hamstring injury. The absence of Jagielka means coach Fabio Cappello is likely to pair the returning Rio Ferdinand with John Terry against Montenegro on Tuesday night- Jagielka had been considered a possibility to keep his place in the line-up. Cahill's call-up also ensures there are two Bolton Wanderers players in the squad, with his club teammate Kevin Davies already with the Three Lions.
