Roy Hodgson is set to be offered the biggest managerial contract in West Brom's history, according to the Daily Mail.

The Baggies want to make sure he is not lured by the possibility of becoming the next England manager by offering him £3million a year to remain at the Hawthorns.

Harry Redknapp remains the bookies favourite for the England job, but if for any reason he doesn't take it, Hodgson could well be next in line.

According to the paper, Hodgson will be offered a basic salary of £2.5m a year at the Hawthorns, plus a £500,000 bonus to keep the team in the Premier League.
