Back injury forces Terry out

John Terry has become the second defender to pull out of the England squad ahead of Tuesday's European Championship qualifier against Montenegro. The Chelsea centre-back has a back injury, and returned to his club on Sunday. Fabio Capello, the England coach, has not called up a replacement. The Everton centre-back Phil Jagielka had withdrawn last week with a hamstring strain, with Bolton's Gary Cahill replacing him. Stewart Downing has also been added to the squad in place of the injured Aaron Lennon, who also had a back injury.
