Nicolson available for Elgin

Elgin welcome back Mark Nicolson from a ban against Clyde as they eye a third straight win.

Brain Cameron remains out with a back injury and Shane Sutherland is again sidelined with an ankle problem with manager Jim Weir sensing an improved confidence in his side.

Weir said: "Winning games again has given everyone belief that we can start moving up the way. It would be terrific to keep that going by defeating Clyde.

"It will not be easy as they are a capable side who will be hurt after losing to Berwick last weekend."

An illness bug has struck the Clyde players with manager Barry Ferguson delaying naming his side until he gets an update from the club doctor on Saturday morning.

David Marsh is available after injury with Ferguson disappointed at not being able to add new faces to his squad this week.

He said: "We need experience on the park as we starting games well and then losing our way if something goes against us. So far I have not been able to bring anyone in.

"Elgin have put together a couple of decent results and our players will need to handle their attempts to make it three in a row."
