Jamie Duff poised for Elgin return
Elgin host Berwick Rangers and the Ladbrokes League Two leaders could hand Jamie Duff a playing return after three months out with a groin injury.
On-loan Connor McLaren is struggling with a knock picked up playing for St Johnstone's youth team.
Manager Jim Weir is keen for his side to keep achieving positive results, and he said: "A lot of teams are more than capable of winning this league so you cannot relax at any time.
"Every week I reckon that this weekend's game is the biggest of the season and this weekend is no different. If we can defeat Berwick then we are really hitting a high consistency level."
Berwick include new signing Brian Martin from Musselburgh Juniors, with manager John Coughlin also able to call upon Finn Graham, Jonny Fairbairn and Michael McKenna after suspension.
Coughlin said: "Playing Elgin away from home is probably the hardest fixture in the league just now. They are in good form. However, we know that we need to get something from every game we play in to start moving away from the foot of the table.
"In our last game at East Fife a fortnight ago we played reasonably well before losing 1-0. My main disappointment was that we never created enough and we will look to change that at Elgin."
