Duff ready to return
Elgin have Jamie Duff back from suspension for the visit of Annan.
Darryl McHardy and Cieran McLean are also available after missing out in midweek against Stirling.
Paul Kaczan, who played on Tuesday as trialist after more than two years away from the game, drops out with David Niven (toe), Paul McMullan (ankle), Brian Cameron (foot) and Mark Nicolson (hamstring) missing.
Jamie Masson could return after a knock. Manager Barry Wilson said: "We were unlucky to lose to Peterhead last weekend and fought well at Stirling to get a point. I was pleased with what the boys put into those games and now need more of the same."
Annan head north without Matty Flynn, who has picked up a groin injury.
David Hopkirk is set to be included after four months out with a broken foot.
Manager Jim Chapman said: "Elgin played really well against Peterhead last weekend and that is a big enough warning from us. They also put on a determined performance against Stirling in midweek so they are putting in plenty of effort in for their new manager.
"We have to match that effort first and foremost and then hopefully our creative players can go out and win the game for us. It will be a long journey home if we do not win."
