Gunn treble not enough for Elgin

A 17-minute hat-trick from Craig Gunn was not enough as Berwick roared from 3-1 down to draw 3-3 with Elgin.

The visitors grabbed the opener eight minutes before the break when Blair Henderson finished from inside the box after being teed up by Kyle Wilkie.

But just seven minutes after the interval Gunn found the bottom-right corner to drag Elgin level and he would put them ahead from close range six minutes later from Shane Sutherland's delivery.

And his memorable start to the second half was completed with a right-footed finish in the 69th minute after Brian Cameron set him up.

With 15 to go Henderson set up a tense finale and they grabbed the most unlikely of points with five minutes to go when David Gold finished from inside the penalty area.
