Gunn shoots down Clyde

Craig Gunn's early penalty gave Ladbrokes League Two leaders Elgin a 1-0 victory over Clyde in a game which saw three players sent off.

Elgin hit the front after only four minutes when Gunn converted from the spot after Michael Bolochoweckyj was adjudged to have handled in the area.

The hosts faced a fight to retain their lead after Darryl McHardy was shown a straight red card for a professional foul in the early stages of the second half, but it was 10 against 10 just minutes later following Scott Durie's dismissal for a second bookable offence.

Clyde's hopes of taking something from the match ended when goalkeeper John Gibson saw red for serious foul play 15 minutes from time.
