Jordyn Sheerin bags a brace as Berwick beat Edinburgh City
A second-half brace from Jordyn Sheerin earned Berwick a 2-1 win over Edinburgh City at Meadowbank Stadium.
The defeat leaves the hosts still searching for a first point of the season after falling to a fourth defeat in four.
Berwick goalkeeper Kevin Walker made an early save to deny Aaron Dunsmore, while at the other end Calum Antell had to be on his toes to deny Sheerin.
Ouzy See broke the deadlock after 65 minutes when he got on the end of Dunsmore's floated corner to drill Edinburgh ahead from close range.
Berwick were level in the 74th minute after Dean Cummings was penalised for a foul on Steven Notman and Sheerin converted from the spot.
And Sheerin hit the winner four minutes later when he fired home from the edge of the box.
