David Dunn plundered the winner five minutes from time as East Stirlingshire defeated Elgin City to move back off the bottom of Division Three.Elgin looked to be taking home a point until Dunn followed up on a loose ball to crash home the winner from 30 yards. His strike partner, Stephen Maguire, had put Shire ahead after 27 minutes, when he steered in Derek Ure's cross.
