A goal in each half gave East Stirlingshire a win over Elgin and moved them to within a point of Third Division leaders Livingston.James Stevenson's cross was met by Simon Lynch, who headed powerfully past Elgin goalkeeper John Gibson. And a 20-yard strike by Stevenson, who hit the post with a header in the first half, put the result beyond doubt for the dominant hosts.
