Dunlop in line for Shire bow Defender Michael Dunlop could make his East Stirling debut against Stirling after joining on loan from Forfar. Craig Donaldson, Jamie Glasgow and Paul Quinn have all been ruled out. Boss John Coughlin wants his side to build on a fine showing against Cowdenbeath last weekend in the Ramsdens Cup. He said: "We had spells in that game where we played really well and could have sneaked in front. We now need to play to that standard in a Division Three game and start picking up points. "Stirling have a very useful squad so we will need to transfer our cup-tie approach into this game." Stirling are without their three most experienced players. David McClune, Kieran McAnespie and Shaun Fagan have all been ruled out with injuries. Striker Bradley Coyne remains out with a long-term knee problem and the club have also been hit with a virus. But manager Greig McDonald said: "We have used some of our younger players in games already this season and they have not let anyone down. "I am sure that they will be motivated by the extra spice a local encounter brings. East Stirling have played really well in cup ties this season but struggled in the league and hopefully that will still be the case after this game."
