McKenna back from ban

East Stirling will have striker David McKenna back from suspension as they look to grab their first win under head coach Craig Tully against Elgin.

The Shire look set to include midfielder Neil McCabe for the first time since his summer move from Forfar after he took part in training this week with Tully delaying naming his team until fitness tests are carried out on Graeme McGregor and Michael Bolochoweckyj.

Tully said: "We lost 4-1 to Montrose last time out and the most disappointing thing was that three of their goals came from our corners. We simply have to defend better."

Elgin, who defeated East Fife 1-0 last weekend, will again have veteran central-defender Marvin Andrews as a trialist. Player-assistant manager Graham Bayne returns to the squad after a knock but Jamie Duff is ruled out following knee surgery.

Manager Barry Wilson said: "Marvin did really well for us last weekend and we are delighted that he will be available again. I was really pleased with the team last week as they grew stronger the longer the game went on.

"We will need that strength again as East Stirling will be going all out to get that first win for their new coach."
